- Strict policy of not accepting stay-at-home and quarantine travelers. Strict policy of not accepting stay-at-home and quarantine travelers except Quarantine Hotel.
- Foreign nationals must submit a 「Health Declaration and Home Quarantine Notice」.
- Front desk staff must wear approved face masks and maintain social distancing with guests.
- Alcohol hand sanitizer machines are available in the lobby, the front desk provides temperature measurement services in the morning and at night.
- Visitor management is enforced by requiring all visiting guests to register and have their temperatures taken at the front desk.
- Public areas are disinfected 3 times a day with disposable disinfectant wipes.
- Buttons on elevators, automatic doors, and frequently contacted areas are disinfected hourly.
- The number of passengers on elevators are restricted and must maintain social distancing.
- Emphasis on ventilating and disinfecting guestrooms and other hotel facilities.
- Increased DeepClean standards and handle cleaning for special circumstances.
Safeguarding Dining Experience
- Hand disinfectant is provided and the temperature of every guest must be recorded.
- Staggered seating (more than 1.5M distance).
- Service staff must wear approved masks, protective goggles, and disposable gloves.
- All tableware is cleaned and disinfected daily.
- Seats and tables are cleaned and disinfected after each use.
- If breakfast buffets are provided.
- Buffet trays are reduced in size and refilled more frequently (one replacement every 30 minutes).
- Food will be served with lids or individually packaged.
- Guests must wear masks when retrieving food.
